How to Book

To make a booking, please contact HCA Clinical Education Centre on 0207 759 3765 to confirm availability.

If you are paying the course fee as an individual, please return the booking form (available below) along with your cheque or postal order, payable to HCA International,  for the course fee.

If your course fee is being paid by a sponsor, please complete the form and return it to us by post or fax on 0207 759 3751.  On receipt we will confirm the place and invoice your sponsor direct.
